TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using the GTI Healthcare Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with all incorporated policies, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and applicable Consent Agreements.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and its services.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age; or
- Have the consent and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where legally permitted.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
3. Nature of Telemedicine Services
The Platform enables the provision of healthcare services through digital and remote means, including but not limited to:
- Remote medical consultations with licensed healthcare professionals
- Issuance of digital prescriptions where clinically appropriate
- Coordination of laboratory testing and diagnostic services
- Pharmacy fulfillment and medication delivery or pickup
- Follow-up consultations and remote health monitoring
You acknowledge that telemedicine has inherent limitations and may not be suitable for all medical conditions, particularly medical emergencies. In the event of an emergency, you must seek immediate in-person medical assistance or contact emergency services.
GTI Healthcare does not replace traditional in-person healthcare services where physical examination or direct clinical intervention is medically required.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current personal and health-related information
- Promptly update any changes to your medical condition, contact details, or relevant health history
- Follow treatment plans, medical advice, and instructions provided by healthcare professionals
- Use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner
GTI Healthcare shall not be liable for any outcomes, medical decisions, or service limitations arising from false, inaccurate, incomplete, or withheld information provided by you.
5. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including usernames, passwords, and any authentication details.
You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted under your account, whether authorized by you or not.
Any suspected or actual unauthorized access, security breach, or misuse of your account must be reported to GTI Healthcare immediately. GTI Healthcare shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.
6. Payments & Billing
You authorize GTI Healthcare and its designated payment service providers to charge applicable fees for services accessed through the Platform in accordance with displayed pricing and billing terms.
Where applicable, GTI Healthcare may assist with the submission of claims to insurance providers or public health schemes on your behalf.
All coverage determinations, reimbursements, and payment approvals remain solely the responsibility of the respective insurance provider.
You remain fully responsible for all fees, charges, and costs not covered or reimbursed by insurance.
7. Subscriptions
Certain services offered on the Platform may be provided under subscription-based plans.
Subscription fees, billing cycles, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions will be clearly displayed at the point of subscription.
Unless cancelled in accordance with the stated terms, subscriptions may automatically renew, and you authorize GTI Healthcare to charge applicable renewal fees.
8. Consultations & Recordings
Medical consultations conducted through the Platform may be documented and, where applicable, recorded for clinical care, quality assurance, training, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.
You will be informed when the recording is in effect and, where required by law, your consent will be obtained.
You acknowledge that declining recording in certain circumstances may limit or prevent access to specific services where documentation is necessary for clinical or regulatory reasons.
9. Third-Party Services
The Platform may facilitate access to services provided by third parties, including but not limited to laboratories, diagnostic centers, pharmacies, logistics providers, specialists, and other healthcare partners.
Each third-party provider operates as an independent entity and is solely responsible for the services it delivers.
GTI Healthcare’s role is limited to coordination, facilitation, and platform enablement and shall not be responsible or liable for the quality, availability, delays, failures, or outcomes of services provided by third parties beyond its reasonable coordination obligations.
10. Platform Availability
GTI Healthcare endeavors to maintain high levels of Platform availability and performance. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
The Platform may experience downtime, delays, or service interruptions due to system maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, network failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond GTI Healthcare’s reasonable control.
GTI Healthcare shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from such interruptions or unavailability.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, software, technology, designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, graphics, and materials available on or through the Platform are the exclusive property of GTI Healthcare or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform solely for personal and lawful purposes.
Any unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, reproduction, resale, or commercial use of Platform materials is strictly prohibited.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GTI Healthcare, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
- Clinical outcomes, diagnoses, or treatment decisions based on information provided by you or through telemedicine services
- Failures, delays, or errors of third-party service providers
- Inaccurate data generated by third-party devices or integrations
- Network outages, system failures, cybersecurity incidents, or technical disruptions
- Insurance coverage determinations, claim denials, or reimbursement decisions
GTI Healthcare’s total liability, where legally permitted, shall in any event be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
- Your misuse or unauthorized use of the Platform
- Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by you
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws
14. Termination and Suspension
GTI Healthcare reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice where legally permitted, to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdictions in which GTI Healthcare operates.
16. Amendments
GTI Healthcare may modify, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
